E-Training toolkit for managers of sustainability for the integration of the circularity strategy in the hotel sector

About the Project

DIGI-YOUTH KIT is a project planned by 11 partners from 6 countries that aims to increase the quality of youth work and ensure digital transformation through the development of digital readiness by designing and releasing 2 online training courses for youth centres coordinators and animators, build up an informal network of at least 20 youth centres from Europe and create an e-game on the topic of management of a youth center, thus enhancing active participation of youth. The most relevant priority of the project is increasing the quality, innovation and recognition of youth work. Our project’s main focus is on youth centers, whose personnel, members and representatives are all involved in youth work, organizing or supporting various activities with/for youth. Given this, we believe that through this project we will bring innovation and increase the quality of youth work in a direct way by planning to support the development of some main key competencies of actors directly involved in youth work, and working in youth centers. We plan, through this project to support the professionalization of the work of youth workers by realizing open educational resources in the form of online training courses, a practical guide & an e-game to support the training of youth workers who would like to develop specific competencies related to the job of a youth center coordinator and/or animator.
