Empowering Youth through e-Government: bridging engagement and digital governance
About the Project
EGOV4YOUTH project intercepts the challenges of accelerating digitization of public services and improving civic participation of marginalized youth by creating E-GOV skills and tools for local development to facilitate youth/PA collaboration processes in decision-making. EGOV4YOUTH creates an E-GOV training course for young NEETs focusing on E-GOV technologies, digital civic participation, open data and transparency, security and ethics and resources for local development. Furthermore, the project activates a collaboration between young people and PA in the development of E-GOV tools for youth civic participation in decision making and creates long-term alliances between PA, youth associations, research and the private sector.
