about projectThe project has as priority to promote the social and labor inclusion of people with ASD through an innovative training, expanding and developing the capacities of all those professionals who directly or indirectly participate in training in occupational health and occupational risk prevention of workers with autism, at the same time.
To achieve this, adapted training contents will be designed to interact with the student and help him or her to adapt to the required level, promoting self-learning. The training will be complemented by the creation of a collaborative learning platform that will integrate both local and regional leaders as well as people with ASD, and will foster transnational networks for knowledge exchange. A Manual of Good Practices for Occupational Health and Workplace Risk Prevention will also be developed to improve the professional's knowledge on how to prevent risks and take care of the ASD worker's well-being.
