Project description:

The project has as priority to promote the social and labor inclusion of people with ASD through an innovative training, expanding and developing the capacities of all those professionals who directly or indirectly participate in training in occupational health and occupational risk prevention of workers with autism, at the same time.

To achieve this, adapted training contents will be designed to interact with the student and help him or her to adapt to the required level, promoting self-learning. The training will be complemented by the creation of a collaborative learning platform that will integrate both local and regional leaders as well as people with ASD, and will foster transnational networks for knowledge exchange. A Manual of Good Practices for Occupational Health and Workplace Risk Prevention will also be developed to improve the professional's knowledge on how to prevent risks and take care of the ASD worker's well-being.

This project, framed in the Erasmus+ program, was approved by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education, under the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. The partnership consists of AEGARE (Spain), Atenciona Association (Spain), the European Institute for Local Development (Greece), the University of Debrecen (Hungary), Creator European Consultants S.R.L. (Romania) and the Izmit District Directorate of National Education (Turkey).

Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Association (Armenia) has acting since 2003 and officially established in 2005.

It is NGO involved in national and international level issues concerning adult education and lifelong learning. AELLL aims to develop and institutionalize quality adult education system in the Republic of Armenia through active stakeholder involvement, and to contribute to develop of the professionalism of Adult Educators within Country. Thanks to its diverse membership, AELLL also serves as a platform for civil society consultation in developing national policies concerned with adult education and lifelong learning as well as for developing social partnerships in the area in question.
